The nature theme today is "Nests". This nest was built by a bird who loved to collect shiny bits such as aluminum foil and mylar string, colorful bits of green netting and blue fabric, large pieces of white paper (on bottom of nest), dried leaves, a white straw paper, torn plastic sheeting, even a section of white plastic tubing. According to the website:   https://www.allaboutbirds.org/guide/Northern_Mockingbird/lifehistory, the Northern Mockingbird is one species that likes to decorate its nest with these objects. There are Mockingbirds in the area that this nest came from, one of them may be the architect. If not, I wonder if perhaps...one of the corvids...

Day 4 of the Sktchy challenge encourages developing a daily habit of sketching - 15 minutes or 30 minutes - doesn't matter. Find some time that fits into your schedule and do it!
"Habit matters more than the actual sketch when you are building a daily journaling practice." Roz Stendahl
